Dear Last Chance Chapel,
friends, and family
Thank
you for all your
prayers and support. Things are going good in Japan. Getting ready for
my sister to come back to Japan. The churches are doing good. We could
always need more people to come though. Waiting for more of my students
to accept the invite and come to church. We recently had a pizza party
and watched a movie at the Lifesong church this last Sunday. Everyone
had a good time. It was to celebrate the Lifesong members meeting for a
long time. Still need prayer for the brother in our church that has
cancer and also one of my students who has cancer too. Also for my other
students who do not know the Lord yet. Thank you and God bless...

Dear Last Chance Chapel,
friends, and family
Thank you for all your prayers and support. Everything is going well here in Japan. We have been having nice weather and I have been staying real busy. English classes are going good, but they are always a challenge. I'm still working on a translation for the Bible flannel graph stories, but in the meantime I teach the Bible stories off the internet for the kids and I teach Firm Foundations for the adults. Recently my students had fun doing a pirate lesson in English class. It was to teach them the "ure" sound in phonics.
We have a brother in the church that recently has gotten cancer and also one of my adult students who isn't saved yet also is in the hospital because of cancer. They need our prayers. The churches are doing great. Just need more people to open their hearts to Jesus. God bless...

Dear Last Chance Chapel,
friends, and family, thank you for all your
prayers and support. I just recently received my Bible flannel graph
set. It really looks nice. I just need now to find an interpretor that
can translate the English into Japanese. There are 175 lessons in all
covering from the beginning to the end of the Bible. We been having nice
weather recently in Japan. Classes are going well. The churches seem to
be doing good too. I recently went with a pastor and his family to the
100 year anniversary of Lenard Coote in Ikoma, Japan. It was very
comforting to see so many Christians there and to know that there are
people serving God in Japan. God bless...

Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family, thank you for all your
prayers and support. I have some good news. One of my students got saved
a couple of weeks ago. Recently we had a takoyaki (octopus) party at
Lifesong church. It was a good time and a lot of youth came. I also
bought a Bible flannel graph program recently. Please pray that the teaching of
this program will go well and that I will be able to translate the
stories into Japanese. I want to do a in-depth study of the Bible for
the kids using the flannel graph program. Also continue to pray for more of my
students to open up their hearts to Jesus. God bless...

Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family, thank you for all your
prayers and support. Spring is here in Japan and the Sakura trees are
blooming. My classes are going well and I took over most of my sister's
classes. Couple weeks ago, I have one English student that did a
performance in front of
300 people. She shared how she used to be a Buddist priest, but now she is a Christian. And she shared the differences between the two religions. After that, she played Amazing Grace on the koto instrument with a piano player. Lives are being touched by the Gospel here. Also we had a good Easter service this last Sunday and had a Easter egg hunt for the kids. It was their first experience to do something like this. God bless...

Dear church and family, thank
you for all your prayers and support. We just started our 40 days in
the Word, at Nara Lifesong church. Pray that this will be a success
and that many people will come to know the Lord as their Savior through
this study. English classes have been going good and it is growing
slowly. I had some sad
news that recently happened. One of my good friends and students had
recently passed away. Please pray for his family as well as his two
daughters whom I am currently teaching. Please continue to pray for the salvation of my students. Thank you and God bless...
