Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family

Thank you for all your prayers and support. Things are going well here. Just had my 34th birthday with my family recently. We enjoyed a barbecue outside of my house. Classes are going well but more students in my classes would be nice. Please continue to pray for my students salvation and that God will open up the Japanese hearts to receive His word. Thanks and God bless...

Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family

Thank you for all your prayers and support. Things have been going well here. Joseph , Whitney and Augustus are here now and I am enjoying my time with them. Got to see my nephew for the first time. :) They are getting settled here and it is comforting to have more missionaries here in Japan. Please continue to pray for the Japanese people and that a revival will start in Japan. God bless... :)

P.S. Prayer requests: For me, that my finances will be blessed and I can gain more students in my classes that I have. Also that I can reach more people for the Lord through my English classes. For wisdom in teaching, as teaching comes with many trials especially teaching kids. Also for my student's salvation. So that they will finally believe in Jesus. For Joseph and his family. For their adjustment in Japan. For their finances. For them to have a great impact in Japan. For the Hari church and LifeSong church finances. We need a new cross for the Hari church. ;)

Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family

Thank you for all your prayers and support. Things have been going well here. It's getting humid here in Japan and right now we are having heavy rain. Pretty soon my brother will be living in Japan and will be my neighbor. They always say two is better than one. I hope he makes a great impact here in Japan and that God will bless his ministry. :) Please continue to pray for me that I will be able to get more English students and that the ones I already have will open their hearts to the Lord. God bless....

Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family

Thank you for all your prayers and support. Things have been going well here. Soon my dad and brother will be visiting me. :) Still hoping and praying that my English students will get saved. I guess it just takes time. Recently I got a new job teaching at a school. It is only part time and the hours are very few. I hope to work more hours there if possible. I can't teach the Bible there at the school but at least I hope to be a good Christian influence to them. Missing home and America. There are many struggles to being a missionary here in Japan, but I know God orders my steps. God bless... :)

Dear Last Chance Chapel, friends, and family

Thank you for all your prayers and support. Recently I applied for work teaching English in Kashihara. It looks like I might get the job. :)
I have been enjoying driving my new car around to places. It has been cold here and raining a lot. I wish the weather would clear up. :/
My classes are going well except none have accepted Jesus yet into their hearts. One of my elementary classes just laughed when I was saying that the Bible lesson was really true. Teaching the Bible to them can be frustrating and requires a lot of patience.  In the Pilgrim's Progress movie, Pilgrim says to his friend seeing kids mock him from a school window, "Leave them for they are children of darkness". But on the other hand, in the Jesus movie, you see Jesus still teaching and being friendly even when he is among people who laugh and don't believe. It is hard here, but learning these lessons in life helps me become more like Jesus. I know that whatever I endure, Jesus is enduring it with me. Thank you for your prayers for Japan and continue to pray that God will change this nation. God bless...
